Later, she reached a weight of 293.6 kilos, about 647 pounds, but behind the record was a health situation that Pauline wanted to change.
In fact, she explained that she decided to contact Guinness because she was tired of living that way and hoped that public exposure could help her find a doctor or specialist willing to treat her.
